在常温下基质的粘度在450Pa.s,与管壁接触时会产生较强的粘附作用。当金属表面粗糙时,在其表面就会粘附一层基质,管壁表面越粗糙,粘附层越厚,这时这层粘附物不断受到冷却,粘附作用也越强,导热阻是这层粘附物与金属管壁的导热阻之和,导致传热系数入下降;
因素四、传热面积S
由热传导公式可知,基质与金属管壁接触的面积S越大,则冷却效果越好;
因素五、冷却水温
由热传导公式可知,当△T大时,则热交换的Q值大。经试验,当冷却水温在40度以下时,随着冷却水温度的下降,基质的温度与冷却水温之差越大,即温度变化越大,粘附在金属管壁的基质就越厚,如推动基质的压力过低,管壁上的基质不运动,致使导热阻增加。只有水温在40度以上时,温度变化越大,冷却笑过才会越好;
